The application to the course and the reservation of accommodation will be confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit of 30% of the full course price.

School regulations

    1. The settlement for the course has to be paid the first day of the course at Reception. In case of an enrolment for more than two months, the settlement can be paid by the end of the first week.
    2. The rent for the accommodation must be paid, in case of a stay of less than one month, by the end of the first week of the course. The rent for the following months can be paid each month at the beginning of the course.
    3. In case the student wishes to change accommodation, he/she must give notice to reception staff 15 days in advance.
    4. The school is closed on national public holidays. For those days there is no repayment.
    5. One-to-one lessons which can not be held on national public holidays, will be rescheduled on a different day.
    6. Students who break off their course do not have any right to repayment. The student may receive a voucher in the case that he/she has a valid urgent reason to break off the course. In this case, all the missed hours can be caught up with within a year of the course interruption.
    7. In case of a technical or organizational problem, the management reserves the right to itself to arrange lessons in the afternoon. The students will be informed on their first day at Istituto Il David.
    8. The enrolment of students under 16 years of age are accepted by the Institute only if they are accompanied by one or both parents.

Cancellation

In order to claim back full repayment, the student is required to send a written cancellation to the Institute at least 20 days before the beginning of the course by post, by fax or by e-mail. Beyond this date no refund will be made. However, payments can be used as vouchers for other courses that the student may attend within one year after the annulment. The Institute reserves the right to itself to fix the amount and to deduct the cost for the remittance of the payment and repayment of the amount.
